will burst from the crazy amounts of laughter and 

lemongrass aromatics....

...one with a soul even when it's empty...

...a retreat from the grotesqueness of the day. 

a sanctuary of sorts...

Have you seen these amazing pillows!! 

I literally gasped when I saw these... and I happened to be in a meeting. 

(the beauty of being able to be on Pinterest during meetings, because it's expected)

They are brightly colored organic cotton & wool Kisshions by Room39. 

 

Granted I am always magnetically drawn to hot pink, but when you 

add gold in the smartest and simplest of ways

a simple "throw" pillow gets elevated to a

"place it down ever so carefully" pillow.

 I love what this house is giving!

Muted sky walls throughout 

with major pops of rich, playful colors that are 
anchored and toned down with wooden MCM pieces 
that say forever and ever amen. 

Every artist needs a desk space facing a large window

 And who said the bedroom has to be stuffy and formal. 

The pattern play on the rug and the panels make my heart zing.

And a Kitchen that says, 

"Use me...Every morning, every evening and make sure 
there is tons of laughter and sauce" 

is essential and beyond necessary.

has finally launched online!!! 

(que the choir of angels, the partition of clouds, and beaming sunlight)

My feet were literally pitter-pattering in my cube

when i scoped out all the glorious goodies.

My favorite spruce up home accessory is definitely pillows.

Some people are ruggies, others indulge in bedding, or tables, 

But pillows are just an easy and affordable way 

to express the mood and tone of your home 

especially when you are in temporary location like I am.

I had a tough time deciding which version of myself i would play into.

The simple, shiny pieces are perfect and timeless but I think I am more of a Pattexlor gal.

(Pattexlor- a word I made up to define the perfect balance of pattern, texture, and color)

Totally stuck in the middle of a fantastic road.

All I can say is good grief and a half!!!

Her Style is through and through perfect.
The Colors.
The Textures.
The Randomness.

The Cohesiveness of it all.

Taylor Tomasi Hill
has managed to infuse those same characteristics into her lovely
New York apartment.
this has only added fuel to the fire of my affection for apartments/lofts over houses.
I married a country man so his ideals are more
porch-y with a lawn and such.
Where as I am ALL for an elevator ride or a stair case climb up.
But she has proven the two worlds can exists together.
(hello nod to hot sauce in the kitchen)
So, for now i will live vicariously through TTH
